Long Story Short Eatery & Bakery—a place that successfully blends the relaxed atmosphere of a cozy family gathering with the elegance of high-quality professional cuisine, overseen by co-owner Petr Heneš and head chef Karel Kasík. All this takes place in the meticulously renovated spaces of the 17th-century Olomouc fortress, where bread has been baked for centuries. You can get that here, too. Just as authentic as the entire menu, along with a selection of sweet treats and other baked goods fresh from the oven.
In 2025, Long Story Short Eatery & Bakery received the Michelin Bib Gourmand award, which is given to establishments offering excellent food at a great price. It also retained its two Gault & Millau toques for the second time in 2025.
