Basic information
The St. Wenceslas microbrewery offers seven kinds of unpasteurised and unfiltered yeast beer, home cooking, lunch menu, Tvarůžky- (an aged cheese with a strong odour, a local speciality) and beer-specialties, juicy steaks, Illy espresso, wines from Valtice and Zaječí wineries. The heart of the brewery is a copper brew kettle, dubbed “Golem”, where the first phase of beer production – the cooking – takes place directly in front of visitors. The process then continues in the cellars of the brewery by fermentation and maturation. The brewery has a capacity of 110 seats; the outdoor garden has 80 seats.
