The Olomouc Information Centre is located in the historic centre of the city on Horní náměstí in Olomouc in the arcade of the town hall and is open daily.
It provides visitors and residents with practical information about sights, cultural events in Olomouc and the surrounding area, accommodation and local restaurants. The information centre staff can help you find your way around public transport, give you tips for trips or other leisure activities.
The information centre offers promotional materials, souvenirs, maps, publications, regional products, Olomouc region Card or tickets to cultural events.
A wide range of promotional items is also available at our e-shop.
You can book a personalised guided tour of the city or choose from a variety of guided tours.
The Olomouc Information Centre is a member of the professional association A.T.I.C. ČR and holds a Class A certificate within the Unified Classification of Tourist Information Centres of the Czech Republic.
