Take a look and remember how great this year’s Olomouc tvarůžky festival was, which took place in the city centre in mid-April and brought together almost 23,000 lovers of this Moravian ripened cheese with its typical aroma.
It was an amazing two days full of music, fun, wonderful atmosphere and gastronomic experiences, in which the main role was played by tvarůžky. There were cooking shows, beer from craft breweries and an atmosphere that simply has to be experienced. This year, for the first time, the festival also brought a competition of top chefs from Olomouc and the surrounding area for the title of Tvarůžky King. Michal Duračka from the Asado Grill restaurant was the winner, decided by a vote of the festival visitors.
