St. Martin’s Day in Olomouc – young wines, goose specialities and a cultural programme. Come and enjoy good food and drink with us! On Friday 8th and Saturday 9th November at the Upper and Lower Squares in Olomouc.
Dozens of Moravian wineries will offer a varied selection of St. Martin’s and young wines of the 2024 vintage. There will be a choice of Müller Thürgau, Muscat of Moravia, Veltliner Red Morning, Zweigeltrebe, St. You can also look forward to traditional specialities, a cultural programme for all and on Saturday, 9 November, Martin on a white horse will arrive.
The programme on Olomouc’s Lower Square starts at 11 am and ends at 8 pm on both days. The cultural programme will be provided by dulcimer music, children will enjoy a historical carousel and there will be a fantastic fire show. On the Upper Square, there will be stalls not only with wine and St. Martin’s specialities, but also with cold meats, cheese and gifts. Here too, you will enjoy an accompanying programme with regional bands and dulcimer music. You can come on Fridays and Saturdays from 11am to 10pm.
Olomouc restaurants will offer St. Martin’s Day menus in traditional and unusual concepts in the second week of November. Just choose where to go and where to enjoy the gastronomic experience and time spent together.
